Vietnam Scholarship at Deakin University 2023

Deakin recognises students with consistently high academic performance and the potential to make a leading contribution to the university and its communities. Deakin University has initiated Vietnam Partners Scholarship to assist financial need to the students.

Eligibility criteria for the Vietnam Partners Scholarship:

• Applicants must be a citizen from Vietnam.
• Applicants must not accept any other Deakin scholarship or bursary.
• Applicants must be a new student who commences their course at Deakin between Trimester 1 2022 to Trimester 3 2024.
• Applicants must meet the entry requirements for their course, including English language requirements.
• Applicants must be studying an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework Deakin degree (except for courses offered by Faculty of Science Engineering and Built Environment).

For Undergraduate Degree:

• Applicants must have studied the equivalent of one trimester at any University in Vietnam and achieve a WAM of at least 65%.
• Applicants must have completed studies at any High School in Vietnam and achieve a WAM of at least 82% in your Grade 12.

For Postgraduate Degree:

• Applicants must have studied the equivalent of one trimester at graduate level at any University in Vietnam and achieve a WAM of at least 65%.
• Applicants must have completed a bachelor degree at any University in Vietnam and achieve a WAM of at least 65%.

Benefits of the Vietnam Partners Scholarship:

Successful of the Vietnam Partners Scholarship applicants will receive 20% of the student contributions (tuition fees).
