• The applicants should be citizens of the Philippines.
• The candidates should be accepted into the MTSC program to be eligible for the scholarship.
• The candidates applying for Singapore Management University - Ayala Master Of Tri-Sector Collaboration (MTSC) Scholarships should have leadership qualities.
• The applicants should have the potential to excel in the program and contribute to their community.
• The candidates should submit the scholarship application form integrated with the application form.
• The applicants should submit an essay with the name of the scholarship on reasons for applying to the scholarship, why they should get the scholarship, what will they do with the knowledge gained, and alternative funding plans.

• The successful applicants of Singapore Management University - Ayala Master Of Tri-Sector Collaboration (MTSC) Scholarships,  will receive an award SGD 25,000 to SGD 50,000.
• The recipients should maintain a grade average of B or above for the continuation of the scholarship.
